Lets be honest, vegan food does not exactly have the best rep. Often described as boring, fake or tasteless, convincing people to eat it can often prove difficult. Well not any more! In our endless search for something other than avocado on toast to have for lunch, we decided to give the recently opened Farmacy a chance, and we are so glad we did! Located on Westbourne Grove Farmacy opened a few short months ago, but has already established itself as a go-to destination for people looking for healthy, nutritious, but most importantly, tasty food! Although normally we are ones to shy away from what we call substitutions (food that is pretending to be something else, tofu can never be egg, in the same way that nuts cannot make cheese), we have to give it to Farmacy, they have nailed the vegan pizza! In fact, they have nailed pretty much everything! We had Vegan Nachos (so delicious we had to stop ourselves ordering more), shared the aforementioned Vegan Pizza. Eleanor then had the Green Eggs Bowl and Max had the Macro bowl. Both of which were vibrant and packed full of goodness and tasted absolutely delicious. The restaurant itself is beautiful, large, spacious and full of light, with beaming staff who were more than happy to help decipher some off the more niche health foods on offer. Honestly can not recommend it enough!
